Couple, Family, and Relationship Therapy
Couple Therapy
Couples therapy helps couples in all types of intimate relationships with communication challenges, physical intimacy and sexual challenges, emotional regulation issues, affair/infidelity, and emotional disconnection. Couples can share their concerns in a safe and non-judgmental environment and work to recognize and resolve conflicts to make thoughtful decisions about their relationship.

At New Mind Counseling Center, we provide insights into unhealthy behavioral patterns. Also, we share tips and strategies to help couples with communication and conflict learn some rules about how to argue constructively to foster a healthier and happier relationship.
We use different modalities such as The Gottman Method Approach in Transferring Relationships, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help couples improve their communication skills, build more robust connections, reconnect emotionally, and get back on track.
Family Therapy
Family therapy helps individuals in a family sort out the issues together when
- a family has difficulties or goes through a tough time
- one or more family members are struggling.
- a family is affected by certain events or changes such as a loss, trauma, a divorce, moving to a new place, having a newborn, or losing a job.

At New Mind Counselling Centre, our goal is to help individuals in families understand their relationships and concerns and work through hardships. We use Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) to fulfill these goals.
Relationship Therapy
